Can I book online?
- As a new patient you can book a first assessment and schedule your slot by clicking the Book Now button at the top of the website.
- Existing patients can book a review appointment using the link in the patient area on the top left of the site.
- You will need your patient ID and access to the email address we have for you in our system to book.

How much does a prescription cost?
Psymplicity charge a £50 administration fee to write and post your prescription. This covers the doctors time, postage to the pharmacy and the time that the Patient Care Team spend processing the prescription.
Please note: This does not cover the price of the medication, which can vary between pharmacies or the cost of delivery by your pharmacy to your home.

What's the minimum age my child has to be to get asssessed?
Your child muct be 6 and over to be seen by a doctor at Psymplicity.
Do I have to pay for my appointment in advance?
Initial appointments have to be paid either up to 7 days before the appointment or 2 hours after booking, whichever is later.
Review appointments have to be paid either up to 21 hours before the appointment or 2 hours after booking, whichever is later.
After the above deadlines the appointment will automatically be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept direct bank payments using the Crezco payment link. We are working on other methods.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans.
Do you accept private insurance?
Generally yes but please check your chosen doctor is registered with your insurer.
Insurance patients are charged in advance like a self funded patient. We will supply all neccessary documentation to enable you to claim your payment back from your insurer.
Why is my prescription taking so long to arrive?
Most doctors work part time with varying clinic slots across the week. Prescription writing and posting will usually only be done during Psymplicity time. Your doctor may have had several other appointments on the day you saw them and may only get to writing your prescription when they are next in clinic, one or two days later.
Please do not assume your prescription was written and posted on the day of your appointment.
What's the best way to submit a query?
The most effective way to submit a query about your care, as an existing patient, is to use the web bot or use the
Existing patient query form that can be found in the patient area, in the top left of the website.
My patient ID and email address are being rejected when I try to book online. What can I do?
It is most likely you are entering a different email address from the one we have in our system. The email is case sensitive, exactly as you entered it in your registration form. If you are still having difficulty, please feel free to call our Patient Care Team who will be happy to help.
